Designed for women of all fitness levels, Women’s FIT Boxing is the perfect way to get fit, get lean, reduce stress and have a blast doing it! Learn the foundations of boxing and the basic punching combinations and no experience needed!

Classes run in 5 week sessions!
Tues 6:30-7:30 pm, Fri 5:30-6:30am, Fri 4-5pm (Bring A Friend Day!), Sat 7:00am -8:00am
