On-Ramp Program

 

When you begin your journey at Timeless CrossFit, you will start with our On-Ramp Program, an in-depth program designed to prepare you for the mainstream classes.  Our On-Ramp Program is made up of 3 – 1 hour sessions which will provide you with CrossFit’s foundational movements in a safe and motivating environment.  Every class is structured to build off the previous class, so you learn all of the basic exercises with both progressions and modifications.  Once On-Ramp is completed, you will be ready to make change happen and hit the mainstream classes.
