Womens FIT Boxing

Designed for women of all fitness levels, Women’s FIT Boxing is the perfect way to get fit, get lean, reduce stress, and have a blast doing it! Learn the foundations of boxing and the basic punching combinations and no experience needed! So much fun and there’s ALWAYS something for every BODY!  Classes run in 4 week sessions!
Tues 6:30-7:30 pm, Thurs 6:30-7:30pm, Fri 5:30-6:30am, Sat 7:00am -8:00am
