Designed for women of all fitness levels, Women’s FIT Boxing is the perfect way to get fit, get lean, reduce stress, and have a blast doing it! Learn the foundations of boxing and the basic punching combinations, and no experience is needed!

So much fun, and there’s ALWAYS something for everyBODY!  Classes run in 4-week sessions!
