Our CrossFit Coaches provide private training for both members and non-members. When it comes to achieving specific goals, improving technique, weight loss, increasing strength, or preparing for an event there’s nothing more powerful than private coaching. For many who prefer a more personal setting, an individually designed program equals faster results through focused sessions. Our coaches will work with you to identify your fitness goals, asses your movement patterns, and design a program for you that optimizes your strengths and will improve your deficiencies.
Coaches will work with you on:
– Mobility and dynamic stretching to improve joint range of motion
– Skill-specific warm-up to prepare you for specific movements to come in your session.
– Skill, strength, and conditioning exercises for your specific goals
– Post workout cool down movements
– Nutritional guidance by our Registered Dietitan
