I started out my career in Human Resources Management with specialties in Immigration Law, Worker’s Compensation, Recruitment, and from there into the investment industry. After having my 3rd child, I decided to shift gears a bit and took a position as a manager at a local health club, because I had always been an athlete and runner and knew I’d enjoy the change of pace. I obtained my NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and AFAA (Athletics and Fitness Association of America) certifications and added both personal training and group fitness to my job responsibilities at the health club. I instantly had to go part time as a manager and took on training and fitness full time. I knew then I had found my passion and the rewards were priceless in changing lives around me! One day in the summer of 2011, I walked into a local CrossFit box not knowing anything about it, but did it because a friend had told me that “this CrossFit is you MC”, so I went in scared, but curious. I stood in the back corner with my PVC pipe and not a clue what I was doing and just wanting to leave unnoticed. By the time class was done, I had a complete transformation of feelings from fear to feeling of, “this is my home and what an amazing community of people”. I’ve always believed that “Can’t Is Not An Option” so I joined CrossFit that day, went for my Level One certification and began coaching. As a coach and as an athlete I’m passionate about ensuring that each and every athlete executes movements properly and safely, but always specific to their personal needs and abilities. I coach with the intention that every athlete comes into the “box” for one hour and for many different reasons and different needs. I don’t know what they face outside the box walls, so I’ve pledged to always make that one hour the best part of their day, both mentally and physically always giving as much one on one attention possible. The real gift of CrossFit is how it affects athletes in their every day lives in so many positive ways. As their leader, their coach, and an athlete in this amazing Timeless community, I try to prepare our athletes for the “unknown” and show them that they can really do anything if they just believe, and then the magic happens.

A lifelong athlete, I spent the better part of a decade learning and discovering the benefit of martial arts from an early age. After years of discipline and structure, in 2010 I earned my black belt at the J.H. Kim Tae Kwon Do institute, in Boston MA.
It was not until beginning college at Bridgewater State University that I found my way to a yoga mat. The strength and fitness aspects are what drew me in enough to seek out Bcalm Power Yoga in my hometown of Hopkinton, MA. The lightness and peace of mind that I was left with kept me coming back.
I received my RYT-200 from Bcalm Power Yoga in the spring of 2017. This training was rooted in the Baptiste Methodology. I continued my education by completing Barre teacher training in July 2017. I’m constantly learning and discovering the effects of yoga both in my mind, and in body.
When I’m not on my mat, you can find me crafting, searching for new local beers to try, or on hiking trails with my Poodle, Mia.
I am very passionate about health, fitness, and nutrition. While earning my B.S. in Business Marketing, I also played on the Women’s Rugby Team for UMASS Dartmouth. After college, I moved to the Metrowest area where I found my love for CrossFit. I enjoy coaching a wide range of athletes from those that are just starting out to competitors who need to work on functional strength and skills. I strive to bring out the best in our athletes and to help them realize the true potential that they have.

I’m Megan and I am thrilled to be a part of the Timeless team! I attended college at Georgia Southern University and earned my Bachelor’s of Nutrition and Food Science in 2012. I then returned to Georgia Southern University in 2014 to complete my dietetic internship, with a community emphasis. Soon after, I became a licensed registered dietitian in October 2015. I have a background in counseling for weight loss, athletic performance, and general health. I am also a certified group fitness instructor and I have been teaching a variety of classes for 7 years. In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis, movies, and spending time with family and friends. My nutrition motto is “To Nourish is to Flourish!”

I was a “late bloomer” to the world of athletics. Never having played a sport in high school or college, I found fitness as an adult and it changed my life. It became a source of passion and confidence and revealed an inner drive that I never knew existed. Although I was an avid runner and triathlete for years, I was looking for something different while trying to juggle work and life with two small boys. I started CrossFit in November 2011 and was hooked from the start. CrossFit has not only made my physically stronger, it has made me more confident in every aspect of my life. Because CrossFit challenges you every day to do things you have never done before, you gain confidence outside the gym to try new things.
In fact, CrossFit gave me the confidence to leave the full-time corporate world to become certified as a personal trainer and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. It is amazing to watch and experience the change in athletes first-hand as they grow and develop. And seeing the smile on an athlete’s face when they accomplish their goals is something I will never tire of.

I’ve been involved in fitness my entire life, from backyard basketball as a child to athletics in high school and college. At North Attleboro High School (’02), I played football, basketball, and track; While earning my B.S. in Business Administration at Framingham State University (’07) I played football and lacrosse. With structured programs and consistent exercise, I became a much stronger, explosive athlete which helped me reach my greatest potential.
After exploring multiple industries post college, during which I had little motivation to exercise, I found myself being pulled back to fitness. I enrolled at National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) and received a Diploma of Certification in Personal Training and Nutrition Consultant in July ‘13. I then received my Certification in Personal Training from National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I continue to educate myself in the fitness field, as there is always something new to learn or a different perspective on any given subject.
In May ’13, I suffered a major ankle injury that required reconstruction surgery. With the help of many professionals since the surgery and my own knowledge, I’ve been able to overcome the injury with patience and trusting the process, knowing that not everything will happen on my time table. This whole experience gave me a whole new perspective not only on recovery to exercise again but with life. I have a new found appreciation for overcoming adversity and dealing with things out of your control. It has allowed me to relate on a deeper level with people around me.
In the past 2 years, I have begun competing athletically again in my new found hobby, Obstacle Course Racing! I’ve competed in Spartan Race (15+), Tough Mudder (4), and Savage Race (1).
It is my objective to help clients meet their goals through accountability, direction, motivation, and support. I find no greater joy than leading others to a healthier, more productive lifestyle.

I started CrossFit in the Spring of 2014. My wife had been involved in CrossFit for about a year and she encouraged me to give it a try. I am currently a school superintendent and my job can be very stressful at times so I needed something to keep me healthy and to deal with stress. After my first class I felt that this was the right program for me. I have always been involved in some type of physical activity, regular workout routines, weightlifting and martial arts. But CrossFit offered varied workouts, with high intensity and a family atmosphere. Very quickly, I found myself in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally. Coaching CrossFit Strike gives me the opportunity to work in CrossFit workouts with striking movements to provide a great functional experience.
